Beacon South Quarter
Cosgrove electrical were awarded the contract from Walls construction for the electrical installation. The existing structure comprised of a single storey building that was occupied by the Beacon Hospital. The development from the first floor to the tenth floor over the existing building to provide a total of 68 apartments. In addition we also completed the electrical installation to the existing adjacent triple story basement is to be completed to ground floor level slab to provide parking for the residential units.
