Marriot Johnstown House Hotel
Marriot Hotel Group appointed Cosgrove Electrical Services to this project which was built with a courtyard style effect with all eight of the outer blocks all connected to one central main building, the hotel being the master building with all services and supplies being fed from it. As the hotel and all its facilities where live for the duration of the build it took careful coordination and planning in order to provide a smooth installation and phased handovers with little to no disruption to clients.
